After a 12-hour shift in the warehouse, he is incapable of  difference home early because security checks take more than 30 minutes. Moreover, the company does not pay for the  unconnected time. The managers expected that the security checks could prevent employees from stealing and that they would stop this checkpoint when stealing stops. Nevertheless, this concept sometimes leads to undesirable behavior. For instance, employees  calculate angry because there is no extra wage since the waiting time is long after a busy day.Another problem with Amazons leadership is that Amazon employees do not  experience rewards for their performance. Amazon commits to pay a salary that is 30% higher than their competitors and  forward-looking programs to its employees. It sounds attractive, but the reality does not reflect their commitment.
